Welcome to Colombia

Jazz al Parque ([ Ссылка ]) is a jazz festival that takes place every year in Bogotá, the capital city of Colombia. Jazz al Parque 2019 was the 24th version of the festival and was held on September 12 at the Jorge Eliecer Gaitán Theater ([ Ссылка ]), located in Bogota’s downtown, on September 13 in La Milla Bronx Creative District ([ Ссылка ]) and on September 14 and 15 in the Polo Country Club Metropolitan Park ([ Ссылка ]), located in the north of the city.
Jazz al Parque is a free event in Bogotá and highlights the participation of musicians who interpret this musical genre based on its origins and the interaction with contemporary sounds. Also, during the festival there is a space where local musicians can make themselves known. This space is called Big Band Bogotá ([ Ссылка ]) and has been held for 10 years with the collaboration of the Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santodomingo ([ Ссылка ]) and Idartes ([ Ссылка ]), the District Institute for the Arts of Bogota.
Jazz al Parque 2019 was attended by international musicians such as Jazz House Collective, Ron Carter, La Familia López Nussa, Nubya Garcia, Theon Cross Trio and Steam Down.
