ginger garlic paste 3 tbl spn
green chilli paste 50g
lemon slices 3-4
whole green chilli 10
mint coriander leaves half bundle
yugart 125g
cooking oil 150ml
tender beef 2kg or as per your requairment
chilli flake 1 tbl spn
salt to taste or 3 tbl spn
crushed fennel seeds 1 tbl spn
crushed coriander seeds 1 tbl spn
mix garam masala powder with jaifal jewartry 1 tbl spn.
add beef stock yakhni 3 glass
water 7 glass
add soaked 1121 sella rice 2 kg cook 4-5 minuts on hagh flame When your rice is cooked properly then reduce the flame to low flame and keep it on low flame for 10 minutes.
