Dr Prachi Thakar is one of the finest surgical oncologists in Mumbai, known for her excellent patient care. She is one of the pioneers in gynecologic surgical oncology, having specialized in that for more than a decade now. She is exclusively trained in breast cancer and gynecologic cancers from Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai and is one of the founders of Sun Cancer Center, which she originally started with her husband. Dr Thakar joins us in this interview and gives us her take on the rising breast cancer and gynecologic cancer cases and its treatment methods in India.
