Pictures is a creative, think outside the box kind of game. It requires that you stretch your brain to "see" an image using the strangest and most challenging materials: a set of children's wooden blocks, two shoestrings, colored cubes, sticks & stones, and other images!
The great thing about this game is how versatile and tactile it is. Students love it and I have made replica copies so that I can have groups of 5 at various stations playing Pictures at the same time.
The game requires creativity, communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and openmindedness.
All you need is this tutorial to walk you through how to play Pictures, and you'll see for yourself just how easy it is to learn. It might be slightly harder to play, but you'll probably never want to stop.
