The new Lexus ES was officially unveiled at the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show, and the price of the new car ranges from 299,900 to 488,900. As a mid-term facelift model, the new car has been improved in terms of appearance and interior. The front face has been changed to a poster-type dot matrix layout, and the headlights have a sharper shape. The interior has been upgraded to an arrow-style light source, giving it a stronger sense of technology.
The new multi-spoke wheel shape is placed on the sides to create a powerful, luxurious atmosphere. A suspended spoiler design and a new crossover taillight design are adopted. The interior adopts an L-shaped light source layout, which is visually simpler. In addition, the Lexus logo on the rear of the car has also been changed to letters.
In terms of interior, the new car adopts a brand-new color scheme, offering a total of four options: sea blue brown, Akiyama chestnut, snowy night white and cinnabar snowy night. The three-spoke multi-function steering wheel adopts a full LCD display and a 14-inch central control screen, eliminating numerous physical buttons, and the sense of technology is significantly improved. There is also a wireless charging pad for mobile phones behind the gear lever.
In terms of power, the new fuel model is equipped with a 2.0L naturally aspirated engine and a 2.5L naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 127kW and 150kW respectively. The hybrid model is equipped with a 2.5L naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 131kW, a maximum engine power of 88kW and a comprehensive system power of 160kW.
