In this video, I installed the Integrated Engineering downpipe using an alternative method to install the downpipe instead of the traditional way of removing the driveshaft and dropping the front subframe. Instead, I removed the turbocharger and was able to easily remove the downpipe within minutes of removing the turbocharger. No lift was needed and I did not have to spend hours on my back removing the heatshields. Removing the turbocharger is straight forward but I had issues removing certain bolts/nuts that the head rounded off or tight to reach areas. Just take your time. Overall I would say both methods of installing the downpipe for the Audi RS3 are difficult in their own ways but installing it by removing the turbocharger is something that I would recommend doing.
After I installed the 034motorsports Stage 2+ MPI E85 ECU tune. Everything is running amazing and little to no wastegate rattle.
