Recorded from WNEW (NYC's channel 5) in August 1985, here's the end of a promo for a Liberace special, then the intro to a segment of "Shogun" delivered by Matt Lauer and Jill Rappaport. That's followed by a brief "Special" open using the "Forty Years of Fine Tuning" music bed. Incidentally, I can't find any online mention of this unnamed Liberace program, but sources indicate this was right around the time of his diagnosis. No rights held or implied.
