This train took us from Copenhagen Central train station (København H) to Copenhagen Airport Kastrup (Københavns Lufthavn). This train was the DSB IC 120. Most diesel electric trains use an electric transmission like to run the traction motors, however this one is connected to a 8 speed automatic gearbox. The gear shifts on this IC3 can be heard and felt as the train accelerated.
