This 60 minute (ish) advanced arm balance and inversion flow is a toughy! Very sweaty, strong and not pretty at all. Please listen to your wrists and only practice the postures which you have been taught previously by a yoga teacher in person.
Flow includes: titthibasana, crow pose, flying warrior, chin stand, fallen angel, grasshopper, eka pada koundinyasa 2 and plenty more!
