We are upgrading the OEM radiator to a Skunk2 Alpha Rad. To make this happen we had to do some cutting, but we got it installed. We also had our friend, Brian from Eastern Glass Company, come out and remove the front windshield to make room for clean-up, paint, and a new windshield.
Over several episodes, we are documenting the process so that you can see what it takes to make this Honda K24 motor swap happen. This has been attempted by few and there are not many details out there to help the DIY kei truck k swap enthusiasts. We hope to shed light on the challenges and solutions of this process so that anyone with the desire to take this on has a fighting chance with minimal struggle.
