How to make chicken pizza

Pizza dough:
Maida ( Plain flour)-1 & 1/2 cup
Salt- to taste
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Instant yeast-1 teaspoon
Sugar-1 teaspoon
warm water ( not hot)- 1/2 cup ( 125 ml

Chicken Tikka:
Chicken -150 g ( Boneless)
Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder-1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Mustard oil-1 teaspoon
Oil-1 tablespoon for frying

For topping:
Mozzarella cheese-1 cup
