Ingredients :
- water 2000ml
- salt 700gr
- duck eggs / chicken eggs
How to cook :
- boiled the water 2000ml and salt 700gr
- after boiling, chill the water
- put the egg in the water, make sure the egg is drowned and save it for 10-30 days
