Najib Abdul Razak's lead defence counsel Muhammad Shafee Abdullah said the court has found that there was no element of gratification in Najib's role in the 1MDB audit case.
When met by the media at the entrance to the Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex after proceedings today, Shafee described the 1MDB audit case as among the politically charged cases against Najib.
