1/2 cup bumbu genep (balinese authentic cooking sauce)
200 ml fresh water
1 tsp salt
6 kaffir lime leave
4 salam leave
2 lemongrass
10 pcs small green chilli
2 pcs big red chilli
coconut oil
salt and black pepper
condiments :
cherry tomatos
fried shallots
spring onions
lime fruit
