Chicken and mushroom has and always been one of the most ordered dishes on a Chinese takeaway menu, so here is a recipe for it, but its more like a home style cooking rather than takeout, as it has a lot more going on than just chicken and mushrooms. We have done this recipe before in the past but it was very much the version you'd get when buying, doesn't mean to say that recipe is bad, it's just different.
IMPORTANT: the yellow powder in the chicken Velveting is garlic powder, got new computer and software and I must of deleted it, and didn’t notice until people asked what the yellow stuff was 😂
