Tony Chapman, 62, was spotted weaving across the road and narrowly avoiding drivers as he meandered down the northbound carriageway of the M40 in his white Toyota Rav4 at around 70mph. He drove from junction 15, near Warwick, up to where the M40 meets the M42 in Worcestershire, before being intercepted by a police car. Dramatic footage (above) shows Chapman, from Tamworth-in-Arden, Warwickshire, failing to slow down for the police car, which had its blue lights flashing.
