We always love our fabricista makes using FabricMart fabrics. This week is no exception. For used Vogue 9224 view C to make her tunic out of FabricMarts floral jersey. It was an easy make and the fabric was great to sew with. Then she made Kwik Sew 4215 View A with the length of View B out of a beautiful, romantic, 44" quilting cotton. To play on the romanticism of the fabric she paired it with vintage gloves and "Joan's Garden of Adventure" book written in 1924 by Lilian Garis. Don't forget that quilting cotton can be used to make garments too!!
Dee's dress is made from FabricMarts 64" navy jersey using McCall's 7122 View C. She has made this dress before and it's a TNT for her! The topper is made from FabricMarts Peachskin blouse weight woven and Simplicity 8419. She says the fabric frays so you need to use either a serger or french seam or an overstitch of some sort. She used a lime green seam binding. She made view A but omitted the lace.
FabricMart always has such fun and beautiful fabrics. Check them out at [ Ссылка ]
