Kousa mahshi this stuffed zucchini/squash dish that our family's favorite and hails from the Middle East.

Ingredients:
30 zucchinis
for the filling:
11/2 Egyptian short grain rice, soaked and washed well
Spices:
1 teasp paprika
1 teasp seven spices
1 teasp dry mint
1 teasp turmeric
1/2 teasp Italian spices
salt / black pepper
1 garlic clove
1 teasp tomato paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
700 grams minced meat
Meat bones flavorings:
2 lemon leaf
black pepper / salt
1 tbsp seven spices
1 teasp Italian spices
Tomato Sause:
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups meat stock
2 cups water
Spices:
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp cumin
1 teasp seven spices
black pepper / salt
To add more flavor of the sauce:
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp dry mint
salt
1 lemon juice
