"The current state house was completed in 1798. It is considered a masterpiece of Federal architecture and among Bulfinch's finest works, and was designated a National Historic Landmark for its architectural significance" ~ [ Ссылка ]
We arrived here on foot. It's one of the best ways to see this fine city. I was NOT expecting to see horses in front of the State House, so that was interesting.
We walked around this metropolitan city for a good while. By the way, Boston has a double decker bus tour that can take you around the city. Anyway, we had lunch at Quincy Market which has Boston Chowda Co. ~ had their famous New England clam chowder and lobster roll (those two are a must if you come to Boston)... Boston Chowda Co. actually won the award for best clam chowder in the city. They use locally sourced clams for the best tasting clam chowder ever. Also visited the New England Aquarium in the morning. Then took the underground light rail back to our vehicle that was located by the harbor. This was on June 3, 2024.

By the way, Boston is much more compact than Los Angeles, so it is easier to get around.
Parking is expensive in Boston. It was $44 for 80+ minutes of parking at the New England Aquarium parking garage in front of Boston Harbor, which is the max rate. You will need more than 80 minutes to see everything that the New England Aquarium has to offer including the live feedings, especially if it's your first time. Once you're done with the aquarium, I suggest that you start walking the city from there (sightseeing, dining, etc.).
I will be uploading pictures of Boston on Yelp.com in January.
