LAPIS SAGU PEPE
lapis kanji / kue pepe / kue lapis sagu
(STEAMED LAYER CAKE)
BAHAN (INDONESIA)
800 ml Santan dari 2 butir kelapa
(Kalau pakai santan instant maka 300 gram santan instant + air 500 cc)
375 gram sagu tani(tapioka)
300 gram gula pasir
1 sdt garam
1 sdm sari pandan
1 sdm pasta pandan
2 tetes pewarna makanan merah (saya pakai gel food coloring jadi cukup 2 tetes sdh merah banget)
2-3 lembar daun pandan untuk masak santan.

STEAMED LAYER CAKE
Ingredients:
800 ml of Coconut milk (made from 2 grated coconuts), incase you use instant coconut cream : 300 ml of coconut cream added with 500 ml of clean water.
375 grams of tapioca starch
300 grams of granulated sugar
1 tsp of salt
2-3 pandan leaves to cook the coconut milk
1 tbsp of pandan extract
1 tbsp of pandan essence
2 drops of gel food coloring (red color)
