For the measurements please make sure you measure accurately. Measurement is very important, take your time to get correct & exact measurement.
Don’t miss the kneading process also, it creates a springy and elastic dough.
When frying you will notice how the donuts will be floating on top of the oil that shows how well the donuts have risen
Dough made with bread flour absorbs slightly more liquid due to the flour's higher protein level
In this case when your dough turns out to be too thick try adding a little water to reach the consistency, and when it’s too watery add little flour
Ingredients for Donut Recipe 👍
3 & 1/2cup All purpose flour
Yeast 1 tablespoon
Salted butter 2 Tablespoon if you are using unsalted butter then add salt 1/4 tsp(I have using salted butter then I haven't add salt)
Eggs 2 at room temperature
Powdered sugar 1/3 cup
Water for kneeding 1/2 cup+1/3 cup.After kneeding cut in a donut shape and allow it to rest for 1 hour.Then Fry at low medium heat .Be careful at the time of Frying never fry at high heat otherwise burn and raw .
Ingredients for making dark and white chocolate..

For choclate ganache..
Dark chocolate compound 150gm
Butter at room temperature 25 gm
Fresh amul cream 50 gm
Melt the chocolate with double boiling system then add butter and cream and whisk it for 5 minutes at very slow flame .You will see the dripping shining consistency and keep it at room temperature 🤒 and you can use for glazing donut 🍩
For white chocolate ganache..
White chocolate compound 150 gm
Butter at room temperature 25 gm
Fresh amul cream 50 gm
Melt the chocolate with double boiling system then add butter and cream and whisk it for 5 minutes at very slow flame .You will see the dripping shining consistency and keep it at room temperature 🤒 and you can use for glazing donut 🍩
Divide the white chocolate ganache into 3 equal parts in one part add radiant blue colour only two drops mix it well and your blue colour glazed is ready to use👍
I have used magic colours you can buy from bakery shop or online.
In second part add grapes violet of magic colour brand only two drops and mix it well your violet colour is ready to use 👍
Third part will be simple white chocolate ganache..
And decorate with your favourite sprinkles on it .
After Glazing you can decorate it with different Sprinkles...
