Here's a simple guide for brining your meat with 1 litre of water
10% Brine Ratio:
Salt - 50 Grams
Sugar - 50 Grams
Water - 1 Litre
8% Brine:
Salt - 40 Grams
Sugar - 50 Grams
Water - 1 Litre
6% Brine:
Salt - 30 Grams
Sugar - 50 Grams
Water - 1 Litre
4% Brine:
Salt - 20 Grams
Sugar - 50 Grams
Water - 1 Litre
