When will a #COVID19 vaccine be ready? Scientists and researchers worldwide are racing to develop an effective vaccine to fight the novel coronavirus. Vaccine development could take up to 12 years, but some experts are hopeful that this timeline could be accelerated. In China and in the US, some clinical trials are already underway. In the meantime, several test kits have also been given fast-track approval, in a bid to contain the further spread of this pandemic.
