Ingredients for Murukku
Rice flour - 500 Gram
Roasted gram flour - 250 Gram
Urad dal - 125 Gram
Mong Dal - 60 Gram
Oil or ghee - 4 tbsp
Pepper - 1tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Ajwain - ½ tbsp
Cumin seed - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tbsp ( hing, kayam )
Salt - as needed
Oil for deep frying
