Emergency contraception, including Plan B, is an essential part of reproductive care for anyone who could get pregnant. In this talk, I cover emergency contraceptive options, including which are the most effective. I explain why emergency contraception is birth control, not abortion, and why it is still legal in every state, regardless of abortion laws. And I recommend that, because sooner is always better, every person capable of pregnancy should have at least one form of emergency contraception on hand.
