This is an electroacoustic soundtrack to an animation of a Mars Rover Mission. The video portrays the entry, descent and landing of a Mars Exploration Rover, followed by surface operations.

The audio combines various pre-recorded sound samples in an attempt to create a loosely-synchronized acousmatic soundtrack to an otherwise purely descriptive and prosaic animation. Composition, editing and post-processing by Daniel L (2003- 2008) using Pro Tools on a G3 Imac desktop.

The video track is by animator Dan Maas ([ Ссылка ]) and is reproduced with his permission (by email, 2004).
