There is an eatery displayed at one point that references another destination established in a fellow Pixar movie. When the story takes us to Paris with Gater, we are shown a restaurant which is called “Gastow’s” with a car-styled chef featured. Does that ring a bell at all? The name and imagery used on the restaurant’s sign are a direct reference to the restaurant seen in 2007’s Ratatouille, “Gusteau’s”, where a number of our main characters work alongside each other, such as Remy and Colette.
