On Ranneeti, a discussion on the strike called by petroleum dealers across Delhi against the Delhi government's refusal to reduce VAT on fuel. The dealers allege that in the neighbouring states of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh petrol and diesel are available at lower rates and therefore the sale of fuel in Delhi has reduced considerably. Around 400 petrol pumps in Delhi that also sell Compressed Natural Gas will remain shut for 23 hours from 6 am on Oct 22 in protest against the Delhi government's refusal to reduce Value Added Tax on diesel and petrol.
