Bottle Gourd kofta ingredients:
Bottle Gourd / Lauki 1 big ( Grated )
Carrot - 1 (Grated carrot )
Grated bottle gourd - 1 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
1/2 cup Corn flour
1/2 cup Rice flour
1 tsp Green chili
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 cup Cilantro
Kofta Gravy ingredients:
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 pinch hing
1 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup Dry coconut paste
10 pieces Black pepper
1 tap homemade Goda Masala
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
3 tsp Almond powder
3 tsp Besan flour
1/3 fresh cilantro
2 cups hot water
