Starring on Broadway is a pie in the sky dream but, for Today Show anchor Al Roker, it's more like pie on the stage.

The familiar weatherman is showing off his acting, singing and dancing chops for a limited run in the hit diner musical Waitress.

'It's hard work,' Roker quipped about his new role.
