Driving along the Garden State Parkway Northbound in a red 2009 Subaru Forester from Exits 138 to 148 on a cloudy December day in northern New Jersey. I haven't been on this portion of the toll road in quite a while & a sign at 2:23 showed that a toll increase takes effect this Saturday. The rail line at 7:26 is NJ Transit's Morris & Essex Line to Dover & the Union Toll Plaza is also seen along with construction.
