Chicken Wings (Middle Joints): 400g
Marinating Ingredients:
Scallions: 50g
Ginger Slices: 10g
Oyster Sauce: 30g
Garlic Slices: 10g
Salt: 5g
Sugar: 3g
Scallions for Lining the Foil: 50g
Cooking Step
Step 1: Wash the chicken wings clean. Put all the marinating ingredients in, mix well and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Sugar can be omitted if you don't like it. You can add more scallions if you like.
Step 2: Flatten the tin foil. Spread the marinated chicken wings evenly on the tin foil and seal the opening carefully. Put it in a frying pan and heat over low heat for about 20 minutes. Then it's ready to eat.
The chicken wings cannot be stacked. They must be laid flat, otherwise it's difficult to cook them thoroughly. 2. Pay attention to the placement. Don't put it upside down. The side with scallions at the bottom should touch the pan.
Step 3: When the chicken wings are cooked, you can put them together with the tin foil on a plate. If you eat carefully, you don't even need to wash the plate. Isn't that lazy enough?
Chef's Note
If you are worried that they are not cooked thoroughly, you can flip them over and heat for another 10 minutes.
Make sure to use a very low heat.
The scallions must not be too little, otherwise the pan will get burnt.
Baking in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes is also okay.
Tin foil cannot be put in the microwave oven. Wrap a plate with cling film and heat on high power for 8 minutes. It can also be cooked.
