UPDATE: I'm honest and transparent with my audience so I must share this update. After this video was filmed and uploaded to Youtube we received our first public complaint with a 1 star rating. This customer made a hair purchase in December 2023 and we received this complaint on Jan 5, 2024. Looking at the tracking, the hair had been in their possession for @3 weeks. There were NO details of how the hair was installed, if the hair was shampooed and conditioned prior to install, what styling products were used and no photos. I do wish this customer would have reached out to our customer service team first for us to gain more information. This review is very concerning and I do hate that this situation occurred. What information we did receive was forwarded to our hair supplier in China and I personally plan to reach out to this customer directly.
Update 2/5/24 : We requested video and photos of the hair on January 7,2024 and the customer agreed to send. It's now been 1 month since the original complaint and we have not received any photos, videos or emails from this customer.
