In loving memory of the cherished souls we can no longer share the rebirth of nature with, Reza Manbachi presents "Spring in Sorrow" (بهار غم انگیز), a soulful and mesmerizing solo improvisation on the Persian Tar (a.k.a Iranian Tar).

Recorded in March 2010, this piece captures the essence of Persian traditional music and the emotions that accompany the memories of those we've lost. Join us in this musical journey and let the soothing sounds of the Tar touch your heart.

The inspiration for this improvisation stems from Houshang Ebtehaj's (Sayeh) captivating poem, "Arghavan."
