If you want to see how Brian McKnight plays One Last Cry live this is the video for you. Brian is, in my humble yet correct opinion, one of the best singers this earth has ever known. Although most of us stand no chance of singing like him I thought it would be great to transcribe his biggest hit and learn how he plays this classic live. Brian has one of the best ears in the business and adds just the right amount of reharmonization and soul without overdoing it. I did not include the sound of my playing in this particular video because the audio begins to wobble making the two sound out of tune with each other. The transcription that I have created will show you the chords, notes on a grand staff, as well as a piano roll visual.
With the MIDI file download link below you can also trigger a *sheet music application, slow down/speed up piano part without quality loss, change the key of the song, loop difficult sections, and much more! *Since this is a live performance it isn’t recorded to the grid so if you want to use the midi file for sheet music purposes it will need to be arranged.
