This time, we visited the city of Kawazu in Shizuoka prefecture - 2 and a half hours away from Tokyo by train. Kawazu is most famous for its 800 bright pink Kawazu cherry trees along the Kawazu River, but there is a lot more to this seaside town to discover – Nanadaru Waterfalls (the seven waterfalls), wasabi, local seafood, seaside Onsen (hot springs) and more!!
