How to Make King Prawn / Shrimp Egg Foo Yung - Easy and Tasty Recipe you can make at home!
Egg Foo Yung is one of the most underrated of all the Chinese dishes. Probably because when most people go to Chinese restaurants and takeaways they go in thinking about meat. But I'm here to tell you that we're all missing out - foo yungs are delicious, healthy and very satisfying. They're also really easy and quick to make which is a big bonus. And king prawn foo yung is a match made in heaven. Big juicy king prawns / shrimp and soft egg with some crunchy vegetables - it's light, tasty and very moreish. What could be better?
Most restaurants and takeaways make them with just egg, beansprouts and meat/prawns. However the beauty of this dish is that you can customize it however you like. You can add different veggies and meat depending on your taste - the world is your oyster. And yes, you could add oysters if you so wish but I think mussels would be better :)
Enjoy!
