Last Installment of First Phase to Be Released on March 7, Second Phase Begins March 8
The final installment of the first phase of payments under the Subhadra scheme will be available on March 7, with the second installment set to begin on March 8. A total of 2,67,000 cases have been reviewed, with 22% of the work already completed. Beneficiaries will receive the facility after physical verification.
A large crowd gathered outside banks under the Subhadra scheme, prompting Deputy Chief Minister Prabhati Parida to urge banks to manage crowds efficiently and avoid unnecessary congestion. She reassured beneficiaries not to worry, especially those whose Aadhaar card details do not match their ration card. If they link their Aadhaar to their bank account, they will receive the payment. Additionally, those who have registered will also receive the payment in February.
