Hi, I have tried to explain about 11 lentils and pulses that are commonly used in the Indian kitchen. All these are available at any Indian or Asian store in your city.
Good fact to remember is that every dal is different in nature and they have different cooking time. As mentioned in the video cooking them from scratch is always beneficial over store bought cans. Owning a pressure cooker or an instant pot is definitely a life saver.
