Ingredients
King Prawns / Shrimp of choice
¼ onion diced
1 large spring onion 1cm sliced
Thumb sized ginger sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
120 ml water
corn starch slurry – 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp shoaxing wine
¼ tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
NOTE: use MSG if you like
Don't forget as with all recipes YOU have to taste along the way of cooking - all recipes may need adjusting to your own tastes. All recipes are full working recipes and as a base they are great - tailor to your own taste. Hope you enjoy cooking as much as i do.
