Francesco Pio Tarantino, who was born with Hirschsprung disease and underwent multiple surgeries, now dedicates his time to visiting hospitals in Italy, dressing up as Spiderman to entertain sick children. At the age of 19, Francesco met with Pope Francis after a General Audience and received words of encouragement from the Pontiff.

It's worth noting that this isn't the first instance of Spiderman meeting with the Pope. In 2021, 28-year-old Mattia Villardita had a similar encounter with Pope Francis following an audience.
