Editors Note: A video package posted Wednesday on NJ Spotlight News incorrectly reported the number of applications approved by the Excluded New Jerseyans Fund and how long people have been waiting for those funds. More than 7,000 applications have been submitted to the Excluded New Jerseyans Fund, and more than 1,000 of those have been approved and paid out, since the program launched in late October.
