Test drive after we made some adjustments to the engine set up in the volkswagen mk2 golf gti
Replaced the spark plugs from NGK BCP7ET to BCPR7ES and gapped them so they are all spot on, even though there gapped from the factory they all needed attention.
Modified the stock air box some more and blocked up the warm air intake hole.
Adjusted the ABF cams so they are performing at their best.
Did it make a difference though? YESS!! So much more pull than before.
0-60mph is down to a solid 6.5secs so approximately .3secs quicker
But the 0-80mph is down from 12.2secs to 10.8secs!!!
That's a huge improvement.
