After Delhi Police's claim that Shaheen Bagh shooter Kapil Gujjar is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party, the party has hit back at the BJP saying. AAP said that the police was acting under the orders of home minister Amit Shah. AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that they would sen a legal notice to the officer who made the complain. The party will also file a complaint with the election commission over Delhi Police naming the party on a basis of a photograph just four days before the Delhi elections
