Recipe
1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)
1 cup veggie broth(make sure it is hot)
1 tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbl nutritional yeast
1/4 to 1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place TVP in a bowl and add the hot broth and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
Once all the broth is absorbed fluff the TVP with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well . Start with 1/4 cup of flour and add more as needed. You want the mixture to hold together so not too wet and not too dry. Roll the mixture into 1 to 2 inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet
bake for 20 minutes. This recipe should make 9 to 10 meatballs
Serve with your favorite pasta sauce and spaghetti.
