Sap low-speed juicer allows for easy and convenient preparation of healthy fruit, herb, or vegetable juices. A reinforced worm shaft provides efficient device operation, while maintaining full flavour and nutritional value – Sap is perfect for juices, purees, smoothies and fruit sorbets.
Unlike traditional juicers, Sap’s operation is based on low speed (40 RPM), which provides precise and effective juicing, and, as a result, greater amount of nutrients – your juice does not reach high temperature. This also helps to avoid large amounts of froth, typical for traditional juicers.
A unique design of the juicer, based on modern engines, provides a trouble-free and quiet operation in all conditions. Sap, despite its very high efficiency, is distinguished by its low energy consumption. Out of concern for health and environment, no elements of the device that come into contact with food were made of potentially harmful Bisfenol-A.
The set includes 3 sieves made of stainless steel that allow you to choose juice consistency according to your current needs – large mesh sieve (bigger amount of pulp), fine mesh sieve (smaller amount of pulp), no mesh sieve (perfect for sorbets). The device has been equipped with anti-slip legs and a dedicated plug that prevents dripping.
Unlike other juicers and mixers, the mechanism in Sap consists of only 3 parts, which ensures quick assembly and cleaning of the device. The set also includes a brush for filter cleaning. Sap lets you take the juice with you – in the set you can also find a handy bottle with a capacity of 0,9 litre.
