The KEYS Orchestra was invited by the Norwalk Symphony Orchestra (NSO) ([ Ссылка ]) to perform ahead of their Saturday, Dec 14, 2019 concert at the Norwalk Concert Hall. Jonathan Yates, the Music Director of the NSO, held a pre-concert talk on stage with KEYS Conductor Dr. Andrew Smith about the KEYS Orchestra and the collaboration with the NSO.
It was a special opportunity for the KEYS Orchestra to perform pieces from the Nutcracker with members of the NSO. After the performance, students joined their families in the audience to watch the NSO concert, “Baroque to Pops.”
