Hey everyone, welcome to my corner!
In this video I discuss the history of the calendar that is used in most of the world (i.e. January 1 is the first day of the year) and why you shouldn't feel bad if you've abandoned your New Year's resolution. I discuss the ancient Roman calendar, the Julian calendar, and the Gregorian calendar, which is the one most people use today. I explain why September is the 9th month rather than the 7th month, and what January 1 really means in the Christian calendar. So sit back and enjoy the ride!
