We've been putting the Witt Etna Fermo Pizza Oven through its paces in our latest pizza oven review.
After letting our dough rise for a couple of hours, we rolled it out to a thin base with plenty of flour. We topped our pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, nduja sausage and veggies - but you could use anything you like!
The Witt Etna Fermo Pizza Oven can reach a scorching 500 degrees in under 20 minutes which is ideal for a gorgeous, leopard-spotted pizza. The Fermo is also gas-fired, so it’s cleaner and heats faster than most wood-burning ovens.
A thin pizza base takes just 60 seconds to cook but we made sure to turn the pizza to make the best use of the Fermo's powerful U-shaped burner.
