Like a lot of readers, we're big fans of Dr. Steven Gundry's The Plant Paradox. Thanks to his follow-up, The Plant Paradox Cookbook, we can't wait to try out his many tasty recipes. One of our favorites is this Brazilian Cheese Bread recipe. Brazilian cheese bread is hands-down delicious, but if you're following a paleo, gluten-free or vegan diet, it might be off-limits. Thankfully this recipe is adaptable to a number of different eating styles. We used eggs in ours but you can substitute 2 large VeganEggs. We kept ours dairy-free by swapping nutritional yeast in a 1:1 ratio for parmesan cheese, but if you can't imagine cheese bread without it, by all means swap it back. That's the beauty of this recipe- it's adaptable and delicious however you prepare it.
